Fix: Paid but can’t access the app

What to do if you paid for D2C Lab but still can’t access the app, plus the fastest checks that solve most cases.
What this issue looks like
You may see one of these:
You paid successfully, but you still see a paywall.
After login, you get redirected back to checkout.
You can’t log in, or it says your account isn’t active.
You can log in but features look locked.
Fix it fast (do these in order)
1) Confirm you’re logging in with the same email you used to pay
This is the #1 cause.
Quick check:
Open your receipt email and confirm the email/account name.
Log in using that exact email.
If you accidentally signed up with a different email after payment:
log out
log in again with the receipt email
2) Close all D2C Lab tabs (especially any payment/checkout tab)
Having multiple tabs open can cause session loops.
Fix:
Close every D2C Lab tab
Open one fresh tab and log in again
3) Try an incognito/private window
If it works in incognito, it’s almost always a browser cache/session issue.
Fix:
Log in from incognito
If it works, follow the caching fix below (Step 4)
4) Clear site data (cookies/cache) for d2clab.co
This removes stale sessions that can keep you stuck on paywalls or checkout loops.
Chrome (desktop)
Settings → Privacy & security → Cookies and other site data → See all site data and permissions
Search d2clab → Remove
Restart browser → log in again
Safari (iPhone/iPad)
iPhone Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data
Search d2clab → Delete
Reopen Safari → log in again
5) Hard refresh (desktop)
Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R
Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
Then log in again.
6) Disable extensions (especially ad blockers)
Some extensions can block login or billing verification scripts.
Fix:
Disable ad blockers/privacy extensions for D2C Lab
Refresh and log in again
7) Check if you’re on the correct app URL
Sometimes people pay on one link and then try logging into a different environment.
Fix:
Use the same login link you used during purchase
If you have multiple app URLs, confirm you’re on the correct one
8) Give it a couple minutes and try again
In rare cases, plan activation can take a short moment after payment.
Fix:
Log out
Wait a couple minutes
Log back in
If you’re stuck in a checkout loop
Do this exactly:
Close all D2C Lab tabs
Clear site data for
d2clab.coLog in with the email that received the receipt
Open the app in a fresh tab
