How to update your name, profile photo, and password in D2C Lab.


Where to find Profile Settings

  1. In D2C Lab, click your profile / admin icon (usually in the sidebar)

  2. Select Profile settings

This opens your account settings page.


Update your name

Use this when you want your display name updated across the app.

Steps

  1. Open Profile settings

  2. Find the Name field

  3. Edit your name

  4. Click Save

Tip: Use the name you want your team (and future support tickets) to recognize.


Update your profile photo

Your profile photo helps teammates recognize who is making changes.

Steps

  1. Open Profile settings

  2. Click Change photo / Upload photo

  3. Select an image from your device

  4. Save

Best practice:

  • Use a clear headshot (square image works best).


Change your password

Use this when you want to update your login password.

Steps

  1. Open Profile settings

  2. Find Password / Change password

  3. Enter your current password (if asked)

  4. Enter your new password

  5. Confirm and Save

Password tips:

  • Use 12+ characters

  • Mix uppercase, lowercase, numbers, symbols

  • Avoid reusing passwords from other tools


Forgot your password?

If you can’t log in, use the Forgot password link on the login page.

You’ll receive a password reset email.

Troubleshooting

Changes didn’t save

  • Refresh once and try again

  • Try in an incognito window

  • Try a different browser
