Login issues after payment (common fixes)

Quick fixes for the most common login problems that happen right after payment, including payment-page loops, caching issues, and using the wrong email.
Before you troubleshoot (2 quick checks)
1) Confirm you paid with the same email you’re trying to log in with
The #1 reason people can’t access after paying is that they:
signed up with Email A,
paid with Email B,
then try to log in with the wrong one.
Quick check:
Look at your receipt email and confirm the email/account name.
2) Try in an incognito/private window
This is the fastest way to bypass cached sessions and extensions.
If it works in incognito but not in your normal browser, it’s almost always a cache/session issue.
Common issue 1: It keeps looping to the payment page
Symptoms:
You already paid, but when you log in it sends you back to the payment/checkout page.
Fix (do these in order):
Close all tabs that have D2C Lab open (especially any tab showing the payment page)
Log out (if you can)
Open a fresh tab and log in again
If it still loops:
4) Clear site data/cache for D2C Lab (see below)
5) Try incognito/private window
Common issue 2: Incognito works, normal browser doesn’t
Symptoms:
Login works in incognito, but not in your regular browser.
This usually means:
cached session data or cookies are stale.
Fix:
Clear site data for D2C Lab (cookies + cache)
Hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R)
Restart the browser
Common issue 3: You accidentally created a new account during checkout
Symptoms:
You clicked a login link, used a different email, and it took you to payment again.
Fix:
Log out
Log in using the email that received your receipt
If you’re unsure which email that was, search your inbox for “D2C Lab” and check the receipt.
Common issue 4: You’re logged in on multiple tabs / devices
Symptoms:
It works after you close another tab.
You see inconsistent behavior on refresh.
Fix:
Close all D2C Lab tabs
Log out on any other device if possible
Log in again from a single fresh tab
How to clear cache for D2C Lab (quick guidance)
Chrome (desktop)
Settings → Privacy & security → Cookies and other site data → See all site data and permissions
Search for d2clab → Remove
Safari (iPhone/iPad)
Settings app → Safari → Advanced → Website Data
Search for d2clab → Delete
Then reopen the browser and log in again.
Quick browser checklist
If you’re still stuck, try:
another browser (Chrome / Safari / Edge)
disabling extensions (ad blockers can interfere)
turning off VPN (rare, but can affect sessions)
If nothing works (what to send support)
