How to reset your password if you can’t log in, what to expect in the reset email, and what to do if you don’t receive the email.


When to use “Forgot password”

Use Forgot password if:

  • you can’t remember your password

  • you keep getting “Invalid password”

  • you want to regain access to your account

If you’re already logged in and just want to change your password, go to:
Profile settings → Change password.


Where to find the reset link

On the login page, you’ll see a link like:
Forgot password?

Click it to start the reset flow.


Reset your password (step-by-step)

  1. Open the D2C Lab login page

  2. Click Forgot password?

  3. Enter the email address you used for your D2C Lab account

  4. Click Send reset link

  5. Check your email inbox for the reset email

  6. Open the email and click the password reset link

  7. Create a new password and save

  8. Log in with your new password

Tip: Use a strong password (12+ characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols).


If you don’t receive the reset email

Try these quick checks:

1) Check spam/junk/promotions

Sometimes reset emails land in:

  • Spam/Junk

  • Promotions

  • Updates

2) Wait 2–5 minutes

Email delivery can be slightly delayed.

3) Confirm you used the correct email

Make sure you entered the same email you used to sign up.

If you’re not sure:

  • search your inbox for “D2C Lab”

  • or check your payment/receipt email address (if you purchased a plan)

4) Try again

Request the reset email one more time.

5) Use an incognito/private window

If the link opens weirdly or keeps looping:

  • open the reset link in an incognito/private window


Common issues (and fixes)

The reset link says it’s expired

Reset links can expire for security.

Fix:

  • go back to the login page

  • click Forgot password again

  • request a new reset link

The reset link opens but nothing happens

Fix:

  • try opening it in a different browser

  • or copy/paste the link into your browser

  • or open in an incognito window

I reset my password but still can’t log in

Fix:

  • confirm you’re using the same email address

  • try logging out of any other tabs and log in again

  • clear cache or use incognito
