How to download your receipt / invoice for D2C Lab payments, what to do if the download doesn’t work, and where to store receipts for accounting.


Where to find your receipts

  1. Click your profile / admin icon (usually in the sidebar)

  2. Open Billing & subscription

  3. Look for a section like Receipts, Invoices, or Billing history


Download a receipt (step-by-step)

  1. Open Billing & subscription

  2. Find the payment you want

  3. Click Download receipt (or the receipt row)

  4. Save the file to your device

Tip: If there are multiple payments, download the most recent one first, then older ones.


What you’ll typically download

Depending on your plan and billing provider, you may see:

  • Receipt (proof of payment)

  • Invoice (tax/official invoice format)

If only one is available, that’s normal.


Recommended place to store receipts

Create a folder such as:

  • D2C Lab / Billing / Receipts

If you manage multiple apps, use:

  • Apps / D2C Lab / Billing / Receipts


Troubleshooting

Receipt link opens but doesn’t download

Try:

  • refresh once and try again

  • open in an incognito/private window

  • try a different browser (Chrome/Safari/Edge)

  • try from desktop if you’re on mobile

Paid but I can’t find any receipts

Try:

  • confirm you are logged into the correct email/account

  • check if your payment provider emailed a receipt automatically
